SmartGaon Mentors are proactive leaders across the world who voluntarily give their time and expertise to guide and enable the students to experience, learn and practice 21st Century Skills. As part of this initiative , SmartGaon provides a platform where Mentor and Mentee (Students) can connect and discuss problems and potential solutions related to education, personal performance, and challenges of student life in general.

WHO CAN BECOME A MENTOR
  • Passion to work with children and helping with educational and life-skills needs.
  • Be able to devote at least 1-2 hrs of time per week. Needs a 1 year commitment.
  • Knowledge and willingness to get engaged, listen to others’ viewpoints and bring collaborative solutions to student problems.
  • Work in a team with other mentors to exchange ideas and suggest solutions.
  • Have good academic and professional background.
  • Must have completed Sr Secondary (Bachelor degree is preferred)
  • Prior experience in the education system will be highly prefered.
